Isn't it prettyyyy???
If you haven't noticed from my title already, half of my pot is currently stuck to the bottom of the kiln. I made sure to get all the glaze off of the bottom, but I didn't realize that my glass would spill out from the little but deep crack that was on the bottom of the crack. Glaze doesn't tend to melt (?) / flow that much but apparently it's different with glass. I'm hoping I can chisel it out with a scissor or something.

You can see the blue glass coming out from the bottom in this photo.
Despite this .. atrocity, I really like the color in general. It came out just as I had intended and expected- maybe even better- and the blue looks so great with the purse! When I originally made this ( planned it) I was thinking more in terms of a red or brown leather bag, but blue seems just as nice ;)
The actual purse pot looks prettier in real life that it does in the photo.
